Ingredients
2 each 16’’ frozen pizza crust
2 cups pizza sauce
2 pounds pizza cheese shredded
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup olive oil
Optional:
2 pounds pepperoni sausage
½ each onion
1 each green peppers
¼ pound mushrooms
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Remove crusts from freeze. Place on sprayed baking sheets
Brush crust edges with olive oil, using a pastry brush
Put 8 oz. of pizza sauce on each crust. Spread evenly over bottom of crust
Top sauce evenly with parmesan cheese
Add optional toppings if desired
Top with pizza cheese
Bake for 15 minutes
Let pizza sit for 3-5 minutes before cutting
Yield: 2 pizza
