Ingredients
18 ounces wild rice mix
¼ cup butter
5 ½ fluid ounce boiling water
Instructions
Heat oven to 350
Spray hotel pan. Add rice mix, 11 cups boiling water, spice packet and butter. Mix well
Cover with foil and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until liquid is absorbed
Serving idea: garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley or diced red pepper
