Ingredients
3 each baking potato, peeled
1 ½ cups milk
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
Instructions
Cut potatoes in quarters and boil or until tender when pierced with a fork
Heat milk in pan on medium high, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat as soon as it starts to boil (or use microwave)
Dain potatoes when tender and place in mixing bowl with paddle attachment
Mix on slow for 20 seconds, pouring in milk slowly
Mix on medium for 20 seconds
Change to high, mix for 2 minutes
Yield: 1 ½ quarts
Serving ideas: sever with gravy or butter
