Ingredients
12 ounces lime gelatin powder, ½ bag
1 ½ quarts boiling water
26 ounces diced pears, drained
Instructions
Place drained pears in jello pan(s). Place pan on a sheet pan to catch spills and make it easier to move.
Put jello in large mixing bowl.
Add boiling water, slowly, stirring with a whip for 5 minutes until completely dissolved
Pour over fruit
Move to refrigerator. Cover and chill overnight.
Serving ideas: Serve in fruit dishes. Top with whipped cream if desired.
